Practical Info

Tickets

To gain entry when you arrive, please bring your email payment receipt (either printed off or on your mobile) and evidence of identity.  We do not send out physical tickets.

Children

Children are welcome at some of our events, but not all, it depends on where they are held.

Child prices are available for anyone of 3 to 17 years of age. Note that under 16 year olds will not be admitted to any event unless accompanied by an adult. We may ask for proof of age upon arrival. Children under 3 years of age gain free entry.

Security of Valuables

The vast majority of those attending will be honest and trusting and unfortunately some people may be tempted to take advantage of this. Please do not leave anything of significant value unattended. In particular do not leave valuables in your tent at any time.

Fires

There will be large communal fires to share. If you wish to build your own fire, this may be possible, but please ask us before doing so. If building your own fire, please cut the turf from the ground and replace it afterwards; and keep any such fires to a small size and a safe distance from structures and vehicles. Please do not leave fires unattended at any time.

Dogs

Unfortunately we're unable to allow dogs to most of our events.

Rubbish & Recycling

We operate a leave no trace policy. Please help us to leave sites in the same condition that we found them. If we have to dispose of any significant amount of rubbish ourselves it is very costly. We will therefore supply you with bin bags upon arrival and will be grateful if, as far as is possible, you can take all of your rubbish and recycling away with you.

Terms & Conditions

All tickets are non-refundable after purchase. Purchase of tickets for Into The Wild events implies acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

Alcohol & Illegal Drugs

All of our events are alcohol and drug-free. Your attendance implies acceptance of this and anyone bringing alcohol onto an event site will be required to leave without refund. Anyone found with illegal drugs will similarly be required to leave without refund and may also be handed over to the police. We make no judgement on your desire to use such substances, however there are plenty of other events which you can go to where such behaviour is welcome! We're trying to do something different.

Antisocial, Unsafe or Illegal Behaviour

In the case of anything which, in the view of the organisers, constitutes antisocial, unsafe or illegal behaviour, or in the case of non-cooperation with event staff, you may be required to leave without refund.

Loss or Injury

Into The Wild will not be held liable for any loss, injury or damage to persons or property sustained whilst attending one of our events except in respect of death, injury and damage to property resulting from the organisers' negligence. In the case of damage to the ticket holder’s property caused by the organisers' negligence, the organisers' liability shall be limited to the reasonable cost of either repairing or replacing such property subject to fair wear and tear.
